Industry veteran Barry Lustig has joined the Gordon Company as its new vice president.
Lustig has over 20 years experience in the diamond and jewelry industry, working for the Gemological Institute of America, Cora Diamond, Lazare Kaplan, and most recently Jade Trau. He also received graduate gemologist credentials from the Gemological Institute of America and is a certified gemologist of the American Gem Society.
The Pompano Beach, Fla.-based Gordon Company handles managed liquidations and crafts strategies to help jewelry retailers reach their financial goals.
“Lustig will join our president Ira Bergman as a key interface to the industry and our upscale retail clients,” said founder and CEO Jeff Gordon in a statement.
