The Arabov Group said it is launching Arabov Luxe Diamond Club, an exclusive private direct supply channel offered only to a handful of high-end U.S. retailers. It will provide its members direct-access to Arabov manufactured loose diamonds, first hand from their polishing centers in Israel and Russia.

“Our customers are fed-up with bulk email offerings and ‘deals’ that have no relevance to their needs,” says Alon Arabov, president of the Arabov Group from his office in the Israeli Diamond Exchange in Ramat-Gan. “We will contact our selected group of LUXE customers only when we have something special to offer. Not one stone, not the regular ‘deals’ but only our very best in-house polished diamond businesses, and before they reach the trading floor or even RapNet.”

Offering direct access to retailers is not an obvious move, the company said, Aradov said. This is the reason why, according to Arabov, they will offer these goods “only to an exclusive group of retailers who can appreciate it and actually pirchase these kinds of businesses over the phone instead of having to travel to Israel or Belgium and waste their time looking for goods.”
