The American Gem Trade Association added some extra color to
the last four broadcasts of NBC’s America’s Got Talent, the No. 1 television
show in America over the last two weeks. AGTA members provided the colored
gemstone jewelry worn by judges Sharon Osborne and Howie Mandel and guest
performer Sarah Brightman.

AGTA notes that it has made a strong commitment this year to
work with stylists at red carpet events, media events, and in television and movies
to create more exposure for colored gemstone and cultured pearl jewelry. The organization
scored placements at a number of high-profile red carpet events, including the
Academy Awards and Primetime Emmy Awards.
