Dai Lam Ngoc is one of the four record breakers that will be introduced on Ruby Plaza’s second anniversary. Ruby Plaza management also recently rolled out a wedding gown made with 110 rubies and 222 diamonds. The dress is worth 2 billion Vietnamese dong ($118,000).
