Lazare Kaplan International appointed three regional sales
managers to cover the company’s Pacific Northwest, Southern California, and the
Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana regions.

Sam Panisuik will be responsible for the Pacific Northwest
area. Peter Stirtzinger will cover the southern California area. Jay Lipinsky will handle Texas, Oklahoma, and
Louisiana. All three bring extensive experience in the diamond and jewelry
business.

Charles Rosario, senior vice president of LKI, said the
company is “making these additional investments to build on its long history of
service to American jewelers and continue to work more closely with them.”
