Hoover & Strong jewelry manufacturing has acquired Performance Contracting, a division of Carrera Casting specializing in machine set band productions.
"We are very excited about this acquisition," Torry Hoover, president of Hoover & Strong, said in a statement. "The combination of knowledge and experience from both companies will provide our customers with the ongoing excellent service and quality that they have come to expect from both Hoover & Strong and Performance Contracting."
