The Colibri Group signed a letter of intent to purchase the operating assets of Princess Pride Creations/Donald Bruce Co. Gary Solomon, currently president and owner of Princess Pride, will remain president of the Princess Pride Division and become executive vice president of The Colibri Group. According to Fred Levinger, chairman of The Colibri Group, “Princess Pride’s organization and product lines are a perfect complement to our current product mix. In my opinion and most industry experts, they make the finest-quality lockets in the industry, and we intend to support the business with the full financial, sales and operational resources of the company.”
