A Los Angeles atelier is currently working on a special dress that Perles de Tahiti hopes will wow the crowd at the Academy Awards. The gown (details are strictly under wraps, so to speak) will feature 100 Tahitian pearls worked into the design. Nominees, if you're listening, the dress has yet to be promised to any lucky lady.
