The Women’s Jewelry Association Metropolitan Chapter will hold its holiday party on Nov. 14 at the Yale Club in New York City.

The party will include cocktails and dinner and will run from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.

All guests are asked to bring a wrapped gift for an adult with special needs. The gifts will go to the Association for the Advancement of Blind and Retarded, Inc. AABR. , was founded in 1956 with the mission to care for people with developmental disabilities, such as blindness, autism, and mental retardation. During the holiday season, AABR collects gifts so that these individuals can feel the gift of receiving. Suggested gifts include: scarf/glove set, purses, gift cards to any store, perfume, cologne, cosmetics, jewelry, sweaters of all sizes, bath and body lotions or soaps, or mini-MP3 players.

The Yale Club is on 50 Vanderbilt Ave.
