Tom Peters to speak at AGS 2006 Conclave

Tom Peters, international best selling author, master of business reinvention, and management guru, will inspire attendees to “Re-imagine” and break barriers to create business excellence in a disruptive age at the American Gem Society’s 2006 Conclave in Orlando, April 26-29.

Having launched a management revolution with In Search of Excellence, Peters continues to transform business with Re-imagine!, his latest book challenging people to change the face of business.

Fortune calls Peters the “Ur-guru” (guru of gurus) of management and compares him to Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, and Walt Whitman.

In 2004, the Bloomsbury Press book Movers and Shakers summarized that Peters probably has done more than anyone else to shift the debate on management from the confines of boardrooms, academia, and consultancies to a broader, worldwide audience, where it has become the staple diet of the media and managers alike.

Recognized as a premier industry event, leading jewelry designers, manufacturers, retailers, and gemological educators will gather in Orlando, Florida, for the annual American Gem Society Conclave at the Doubletree Hotel.
