Police are searching for a thief who swiped a $50,000 diamond
ring from a jeweler in Jacksonville, Fla., according to a local news report.

The suspect allegedly asked to see several items at Levy Jewelers
and then ran off with a 3.5 ct. round diamond ring.

According to the report, owner Lowell Kronowitz turned the store’s surveillance video over to police and is confident the thief will be caught.
