The JCK Las Vegas 2012 Experience From New Prestige Promenade Exhibitors

This year, Prestige Promenade welcomed new exhibitors to JCK Las Vegas—many of which showgoers and JCKers alike couldn’t get enough of. “We [were] extremely pleased to welcome each of the new designers to our group,” said Prestige Promenade executive director Robert Bridel. “We had a great response from both the new exhibitors and retailers who appreciated even more variety within the Prestige Promenade pavilion.” Check out some of the luxurious new Prestige Promenade exhibitors at this year’s JCK Las Vegas.

Omi Privé

“We were excited and honored to have the opportunity to introduce the Omi Privé collection at Prestige Promenade alongside some of the finest jewelry companies in the industry,” said Omi Gems vice president Niveet Nagpal. “Prestige Promenade was a perfect fit for the Omi Privé international debut. The pavilion provided a relaxing atmosphere to do business, and many of our clients appreciated the access to the amenities, including Starbucks and Wolfgang Puck.”

“We are proud to be the stewards of the only luxury American-made Victorian die-struck brand,” said Paul Emerson II, CEO of Van Craeynest San Francisco, “and this weekend at Prestige Promenade showed that the jewelry community is appreciative of our efforts in sustaining this invaluable tradition.”

“Prestige Promenade was a new experience for us, even though I have exhibited at JCK since the first show in 1992,” said Hubert Gesser, owner of Hubert. “At Prestige Promenade, we saw more [interested] customers browsing. A visual upgrade in general: the displays, the merchandise, and the buyers. Besides the cosmetics, this year’s attitude amongst our customers showed a cautious optimism. Although not enough to translate into strong purchases at the show, the positive display of confidence was definitely evident among 80 percent or more of our clients.”

Gemveto

We also felt great excitement and energy from our fellow exhibitors, which helped to set the mood as the buyers seemed very open. Even after our first year, we are extremely pleased and feel that this is where Gemveto belongs.”

Epoque
