White Pine Selects Contest Winner

White Pine Trading has announced the winner of its recent contest, which asked entrants to “test their diamond-grading knowledge.” The winner, Henry Feldman of Henry’s Fine Jewelry in Basking Ridge, N.J., was selected by White Pine’s director of jewelry, Michael Lebowitz.

Feldman comes away with the Ultimate Diamond Grading Kit, valued at $500 and featuring an Ellin CZ master set, OttLite, diamond sorting pad, and more.

Arch Crown Releases 2017 Catalog

Arch Crown has released the 2017 Tags & Labels Plus Bar Code Technology catalog, which features 48 pages and over 100 styles of stock, preprinted, and custom-printed tags and labels as well as a full line of bar code technology products.

The supplier is touting its bar code packages, which include all of the necessities for printing, tagging, and scanning store merchandise, including the Datatagger and BarTender label design software for Windows. Also new are the TT306C Clear-Tail tags and the TT380 Narrow-Tail tags, both with adhesive-free loops. Stuller Named Level One WellSpot by Louisiana Department of Health

Stuller has announced that it has been named a level one WellSpot by Well-Ahead Louisiana, an initiative from the Louisiana Department of Health aimed at improving the health and wellness of its residents.

“Well-Ahead Louisiana works to recognize places and organizations that have implemented voluntary smart changes to make living a healthier life easier for their associates,” said Jennifer East, Stuller’s vice president of human resources, in a press release. “For the last four years, we have taken several steps to meet all of the required benchmarks to receive this recognition.” These benchmarks include a tobacco-free campus, designated breast-feeding areas, employee wellness and fitness offerings, and easy access to healthy food selections.

“Improving our well-being here at Stuller is really important to us,” said Matt Stuller, founder and chairman of Stuller. “We spend a considerable amount of time with one another at work, so we’re in a prime position to motivate and inspire each other to make better choices.”
