Persona BEad Inspired adPersona Takes Platinum at the International MarCom Awards

Ontario-based Persona, a bead jewelry brand from First Jewelry Ltd., earned a top prize at the 2012 MarCom Awards, which recognize outstanding creative achievement in marketing and communications. Persona was awarded with the Platinum Award for its BEad INSPIRED campaign, created with Toronto-based marketing agency Elixir, which was launched during the fall/winter period in print magazine and billboard ads.

Pietra PR Launches New Website

New York-based jewelry public relations agency Pietra PR has announced the Pietra PR logolaunch of its new website, which seeks to draw audiences from both jewelry industry insiders and end consumers.

The new site, set up as a visual navigation of an abstract gemstone, is designed without flash to enable smartphone and tablet use and features a portfolio section, including press releases and client news, sharable through email or social media. The site also includes a blog showcasing jewelry news, designers, and fun editorial, which is also accessible through an RSS feed.

“I wanted to design a beautiful site that is all about jewelry, since that is the passion and backbone of this agency,” Pietra PR CEO and founder Olga Gonzalez said in a press release.
