Shreve & Co., a luxury retail jewelry company based in San Francisco, is celebrating 160 years of business.

To commemorate the milestone, the company hosted a reception for its clientele last month at the company’s flagship store.

“The best compliment I’ve received was from a gentleman who said, ‘It’s so nice to still come to Shreve after all these years. I was brought here by my grandparents when I bought my first proper watch. I now have that joy to do that for my son,’” Glenn Ross, president of Shreve & Co., says.

Looking forward to the future, Ross hopes to continue the customer service that his company has delivered for the past 160 years. “Shreve has such a unique history, and sharing that with customers is always special,” Ross says.
