Shinske Named President, CEO of Maurice Lacroix North America

Maurice Lacroix Swiss Watches has appointed Randi Shinske president and chief executive officer of Maurice Lacroix North America. Shinske joined the company Tuesday, during final preparations for Baselworld 2007.

Shinske has more than 20 years of experience as an international luxury brand executive.

In 2002, Shinske was named president and CEO of Ebel USA, becoming one of only five women to lead a luxury watch brand in the United States. She brought considerable experience and vision to create the new direction of Ebel and raised consumer awareness of the brand in the United States as an upper tier luxury timepiece.

Prior to her work at Ebel, Shinske held various sales and management positions at SMH/Swatch, Montblanc and Damiani. Her professional career began in the retail sector at Macy’s East, serving in various buying, merchandising and management positions after graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

“Throughout her career, Randi has gathered a multitude of experiences in the jewelry and watch industry, most notably during her successful tenure at several luxury brand companies, said Martin Bachmann, global director of Sales for Maurice Lacroix S.A. “We welcome her to Maurice Lacroix North America and look forward to much success in the U.S. marketplace under her leadership and supervision.”

Maurice Lacroix is one of the few remaining independent Swiss watch manufacturers in the world.
