Sarah Leonard Fine Jewelers was honored by the Los Angeles Business Journal, L.A.’s leading business publication, for its entrepreneurship and its commitment to its community and industry at the third annual “Family-Owned Business Awards.”
Sarah Leonard was selected as the outstanding Small (1-50 employees) Family-Owned Business in the greater Los Angeles area.
From its beginnings as a “Mom and Pop” shop, Sarah Leonard Fine Jewelers has grown to be the oldest and one of the most respected merchants in Westwood Village, the commercial district adjacent to the campus of UCLA. Its staff of 13 includes three active generations of Friedmans and Abells, including founders Sunny and Lenny, their daughter and son-in-law, son and daughter-in-law and grandson.
