She will be replaced by John Furner
Sam’s Club CEO Rosalind Brewer has resigned and will be replaced by John Furner, a Wal-Mart SEC filing announced.
Furner is currently Sam’s Club’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer.
Brewer, who was the first woman and first African-American to head the company, has served as executive vice president, president, and CEO of Sam’s Club since February 2012.
