Links of London Launches First Watch Line

Links of London, the 17-year-old English luxury jewelry firm, officially launched its own fine watch collection in the U.S. market on Oct. 10, as co-host of Free Arts NYC’s annual Young Benefactor event.

Guests at the benefit, held in New York City, included A-List community and society leaders. The stylish watch line for men and women retails between $475 and $10,000. The watches are inspired “by classic, vintage cars, and combines timeless elegance with a fashionable allure,” says the company. They will be sold first in Links of London stores worldwide and later, in 2008, wholesaled to other retailers.

“This introduction is an exciting milestone for our brand, and we are excited to share [it, by] giving back to a worthy cause whose supporters appreciate fine design,” said Sharon Buntain, Links of London North America president and chief executive officer.

Free Arts NYC, is a non-profit organization dedicated to using the arts to help heal the lives of abused, neglected, and at-risk children and their families.
