Laurence Graff, chairman of Graff Diamonds, has been appointed to the Order of the British Empire in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

“I am overjoyed to have received this acknowledgment for services to jewelry in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List,” Graff said in a statement. “From humble beginnings and a lifetime working in the industry, I am extremely proud to receive such an honor.”

It wasn’t the only honor the company received in June.

Graff Diamonds was named the “best of the best” among high-end jewelry brands for the fourth consecutive year, according to U.S. consumers surveyed by the Luxury Institute.

“I attribute much of Graff’s success to their ability to constantly deliver impeccable product coupled with an extraordinary client experience—demonstrating exemplary long-term relationships for all luxury brands,” said Milton Pedraza, CEO of the Luxury Institute, in a statement.

Henri Barguirdjian, president and CEO of Graff Diamonds Americas, said in a statement that the company was “more motivated than ever to maintain our reputation and deliver superior service aligned with the most fabulous jewels in the world.”
