Cohen is also the president of Citizen Watch Company of America, part of Bulova’s parent company

Jeffrey Cohen has been appointed president of Bulova Corporation.

Citizen Watch Company is the parent company of Bulova. The companies are operated separately. Cohen is currently the president of Citizen Watch Company of America, its American branch. He will also continue in this role.

He became president of Citizen Watch Company of America in 2011 after the joining the company as executive vice president a year earlier. He was previously worldwide president of Movado Watch.

John Wille has been serving as interim president of Bulova Coporation. He will now resume his position as chief operating officer.
