The Jewelers Educational Conference and Show will be held
March 16–18, 2012, in Overland Park, Kan., the JEC announced June 21.

The 2012 conference will focus on the particular needs of
small retailers and is limited to 200 attendees and 50 suppliers.

Louie Gravance, formerly of the Disney Institute, will
present a quality service session. Janice Mack Talcott, who has been
instrumental in course and program development for GIA, AGS, DCA, and Hearts On
Fire, will present relationship building. Fruchtman Marketing will present a
marketing session.
