The Gemological
Institute of America Thailand’s 40th Gemstone Gathering will focus on the
history, mining and production of Colombia’s bright green emeralds.
The Nov. 24 event in Bangkok, titled “Green Fever – A
Colombian Adventure,” will feature guest speaker Flavie Isatelle, an accredited
gemologist and expert in the management of natural and mineral resources.
GIA Thailand’s 40th Gemstone Gathering is a free event that
will begin at 6 p.m. on Nov. 24 in the Pacific Room 1-3 on the 21st floor of
the Pan Pacific Bangkok Hotel.
