“I’m a designer, so I’ll make one-of-a-kind pieces with bright, beautiful colored stones—pink spinel, briolette-cut Siberian-quality amethyst, golden beryl, and citrine—as center pieces that will range in price from $500 to $1,500.” —Justin Bortz, owner, Justin Bortz Jewelers, Reading, Pa.
