Dawes Designs’ California Canyon Diamond Bridal Rings

When you consider that Jennifer Dawes, the owner and designer at Dawes Design, lives in rural Sonoma County in northern California, her line of California Canyon bridal rings makes perfect sense. Each one mimics the effects of the rolling hills of the region: slightly concave bands crafted in 18k recycled white, yellow, rose, or green gold are sometimes set with diamond accents for a glittering homage to the Golden State. Metal-only bands—with a soft matte finish that evoke the color of canyon boulders—start at $1,050, and SKUs top out with a 0.46 ct. t.w. channel-set stone number for $4,200. The rings will appeal to those with a rugged sensibility, and help keep the hills close even when you’re not hiking them.
