Drink It In: Natalie Dissel’s 116 Carat Cocktail Ring

Natalie Dissel Blue Velvet ring

The sweetest way to end a long week is with a memorable happy hour, where the libations are just as special as the company you share them with. In that spirit, I wanted to find you the most remarkable cocktail ring to pair with whatever creations you may be enjoying in your store, your home, or your local haunt. I didn’t have to look far once I found Natalie Dissel Jewelry. A 2014 JCK Rising Star (be sure to seek her out in the Design Center at JCK Las Vegas this year!), Natalie specializes in creating high-end jewels inspired by sights captured during travels around the world. The Blue Velvet ring is a prime example of what the designer is capable of: A textured, split-shank design in 18k yellow gold branches into a setting that gently holds the 116 ct. London blue topaz, and 86 blue diamonds stengthen the cool hue of the piece. The ring, much like our favorite happy hour memories, is one of a kind.

Speaking of Vegas, click through on the image below for ARIA Las Vegas’ recipe for the Blue Velvet. What better to pair with the Blue Velvet cocktail ring than a cocktail of the same name?
