Peter Berger
![]() Peter L. Berger has been a patent attorney serving in the jewelry industry since the mid-1970's. He is a graduate electrical engineer and an honors graduate from law school. He was an adjunct professor of intellectual property at Cardozo Law School from 1983-2000 teaching intellectual property. Mr. Berger represents a large number of jewelry manufacturers from small to large and has been involved in numerous patent, copyright and trademark litigations in the industy. You may be familiar with him through his representation of the majors and their manufacturers defending against the Zettl lawsuit for the Huggy earrings.
