A graduate of Cornell University, Laura Finkelstein joined JCK in 2004 as an administrative assistant to the publisher and editor-in-chief. It was immediately apparent, however, that her English degree and flair for writing and fashion were going to be put to editorial use. Little more than a year later, she was promoted to associate editor, covering fashion, retailing, and lifestyle for JCK Style and JCK Luxury.
