Wonder Woman, Carolee + Words to Live By

Carrie Soucy and I were lucky enough to attend an event sponsored by Carolee, in conjunction with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), to commemorate Carolee’s 35th Anniversary. Alongside the anniversary Carolee launched the celebrity “Words to Live By” collection of Sterling Sentiments bangles. 

The event, which took place at Le Cirque, was star studded. Of the seven women who teamed with Carolee on the "Words to Live By," the following were in attendance: Olympian, Amanda Beard; Inside Edition’s Deborah Norville, and most notable for wrist-wear, Wonder Woman Lynda Carter.

Beyoncé & Tina Knowles, Julianna Margulies, Mena Suvari, Amanda Beard, Deborah Norville and Lynda Carter all designed a bangle for breast cancer awareness. The sterling silver bangles are inscribed with a quote, in which each woman finds personal inspiration, and their signature. 100% of the profits will benefit BCRF and are available at Bloomingdale’s.

The press, when Carrie and I arrived, was swarming around the entrance for a glimpse of the inspirational women in attendance.
