Trend Watch: A Call for Sweater Clips

The March 2009 issue of Lucky magazine has actually put out a call, asking “where in the worldwide web” are sweater clips.

Apparently, “a few seasons ago,” one of the magazine’s editors bought a Mayle brand cardigan sweater that included a sweater clip with the garment. The editorial staff writes: “We want more—particularly cool, non-rhinestone-bedecked variations” like the one pictured. 

While the magazine invites readers to join the conversation at Luckymag.com, I spent quite a bit of time on the site without being able to locate any discussion of sweater clips. If anyone can find it, please post.

And if you have any old stock sweater clips, now’s a great time to get them out of the drawers and onto your web site or eBay. Fashionistas are watching for them!
