Neither the Debtor nor any other party can file a meaningful plan at this stage of the Debtor’s Case because the extent of the Debtor’s inventory, and the value of its assets, are unknown.

There is still much work to do before the Debtor (or party in interest) [can] formulate a meaningful plan of reorganization.

I spoke to Mr. Dunay briefly; he told me “things are moving along.”
