More on Fabrikant/Robert Lee Morris

An email tipster writes with the interesting point that, now that Fabrikant's in Chapter 11, the judge could be asked to undo some of its recent sales, such as that of Robert Lee Morris. After reviewing the bankruptcy papers, he thinks things could get "messy." I am starting to agree.
