Samuels Possible Buyer Identified!

As many of you have heard, Samuels Jewelers is in negotiations to be acquired by what is described as "an Indian sightholder." Well, JCK can reveal that sightholder's name is... Digico, which may be best known to Americans as the buyer of Leading Jewelers of the World. (The purchase will be done through its subsidiary Gitanjali.) Digico also owns America's JMC. If all goes well, it will be announced later this month. Good luck guys!
