Jennifer Hudson Wears Neil Lane to the Oscars

Jennifer Hudson, Academy Award Winner, darling of the film and music industries and my heart,
definitely got the white dress right this time around ...

The detailing around the bust and neckline of
Hudson's dress are great. Very playful and young; suiting I would say.
Jennifer Hudson is wearing
Neil Lane diamond chandelier earrings, a diamond and platinum cuff, stacked diamond bangles, and a hair pin (of which, sorry, I just couldn't find a photo), totalling $2 million in diamonds.
Now, this could just be the influence of having seen so many other Oscar photos speaking but, I know that
Roskin will agree when I say, I am over chandelier earrings ... for now ... talk to me next week, I may change my mind.
I think the choice of bangles are great, chunky statements that pick up on the detailing I mentioned earlier, but I would've opted for either one ring on one hand and not on the other or the same for the bracelets.
I don't know why but the symmetry in this instance is bothering me, probably because the dress is so streamlined and simple, but overall I think
Hudson looks wonderful.
I mean with that face and smile it really is hard to look at anything else.
