The verdict? She really needed a necklace. With the very pale pink pink strapless number with the weird folds, button earrings, and a ring just weren't enough.
Maybe if the pink were more vibrant or if her clavicles were more pronounced it would've worked, but this was a perfect opportunity for a red carpet stunner if there ever was one. I mean look at her neck and upper chest, don't they look lonely?
I think so.

Completely agree. She looks washed out in the soft pink, and her earrings are non-existent. Definitely lacking. She tends to look better in jewel tones - I still remember the fabulous emerald danglers from a few events back.

Not only did the jewelry disappoint but the hair.???? She must know more about glamour than this.

I don't have a problem with washed out colors on blondes (think of the blonde in taupe heas to toe)soft pink for spring is fine and the hair I believe was styled to imitate the folds in the dress.
BUT - I totally agree - if she is wearing a color that looks like a backdrop (it certainly isn't dynamic on it's own) she needed much more dominant accessories and most importantly a necklace!
