Mon dieu! Think you've seen it all when it comes to blinged-out extravagances? Think again. This week La Maison Guerlain rolled out an 18k gold diamond-studded lipstick case for its popular KissKiss line. The French cosmetics house is touting the case's 2.20 cts. of 199 conflict-free diamonds.

Get yours now exclusively at New York's Bergdorf Goodman, where the lucky buyer will meet with Guerlain's artistic director, Olivier Echaudemaison, to customize lip color and engraving.
