Last night while channel surfing, I paused on HSN's fall fashion Hot in Hollywood segment with HIH co-creator Laurie Feltheimer (also wife of Lionsgate's CEO Jon Feltheimer, whose company produces hot TV properties Mad Men and Weeds). Feltheimer was showing pictures of "friends" wearing her wares, including one Ms. Janice Dickinson, of the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency (you know, the "world's first supermodel").

According the Feltheimer, Dickinson is launching a jewelry line with HSN. (The HSN co-host didn't comment or elaborate.) Who knows what the line will entail, but one thing's for sure: The spicy dicey Dickinson will make sellin' fun.

Don't know what happened here's the rest of my post. "GEMS" you will finally be able to own & pass down as heirlom. Anyone involved in "real" jewelry as I am,can only cringe. I recently was channel surfing also & heard a huckster bragging about a Santa Maria Africana Turquoise. I can only assume he was referring to turquoise , from the Santa Marie Mine in Africa. I became very defensive when he kept repeatung it over & over & finally called the station & asked the origin of the "gem" it was not Africa but Arizona & gosh no not from the Sleeping Beauty Mine. Fair warning with these Shopping Networks. Buyer Beware.PLEASE
