Reed Business Information, JCK Owner, to Be Sold

Anglo-Dutch publishing giant Reed Elsevier announced its plan to sell its Reed Business Information publishing unit, which includes The JCK Publishing Group. Titles under the JCK brand include: Jewelers' Circular Keystone (JCK), JCKstyle, JCK Luxury, JCKonline.com, JCK India, the annual JCK Jewelers' Directory, and the JCK Look Book.
Reed Elsevier said it's moving away from businesses with advertising revenue models.
RBI publishes hundreds of business-to-business publications, Webzines and Web portals, custom publishing products, directories, research, and direct-marketing lists throughout the world.
Reed Elsevier said it will continue to own Reed Exhibitions, which produces more than 470 events in 29 countries, including shows under the JCK brand. Those are The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas, LUXURY by JCK and PREMIERE, Swiss Watch by JCK, JCK New Delhi, JCK Toronto, and LUXURY Bermuda.
