MVI Acquires ITECH

MVI Marketing Ltd., Paso Robles, Calif., on Wednesday announced that it had acquired an interest in ITECH Solutions, a web development and network service companies in California.

“With this investment we are excited to integrate web development services into MVI’s portfolio of offerings for our clients,” said Marty Hurwitz MVI’s chief executive officer. “Now any size company in the gem, jewelry and watch industries, from small retailers to large manufacturers, can work with us in developing their Web presence, marketing efficiency and interactive community building.”

Located in San Luis Obispo, Calif., ITECH Solutions specializes in providing web development, computer, and network services for growing businesses.

“Studies have shown that most visitors to your site will make a decision on whether or not to stay within the first few seconds," said Forrest Hatfield, co-founder of ITECH. "The jewelry industry is faced with a tremendous opportunity to level the playing field in the battle with its competitors. Our affiliation with MVI will provide clients with innovation, creativity, cost efficiencies and hard core sales growth from day one.”

MVI and ITECH have begun work on several Web development projects for jewelry manufacturers and retailers. These projects include complex Website components critical to each businesses ongoing growth - inventory management and integration, search engine optimization, customer relationship management, e-commerce and shopping cart solutions, newsletter development and deployment, integrated customer satisfaction research studies viral marketing, adword campaigns, banner development and placement, and affiliate relationship management.
