A number of educational programs will take place at the Independent Jewelers Organization’s fall buying show, to be held July 10-15 at the Regal Cincinnati Hotel.

Laura Laaman, founder and president of Executive Training Consultants, will lead two workshops, “Selling Men, Selling Women, Selling Couples (Anything)” and “How to Motivate Top Sales.”

The new pavilion will provide a showcase for leading jewelry designers as well as emerging new talent.
