The Bracelet Closure Aid, invented by retired suburban Philadelphia executive Peter Macripo, enables people with agility problems to fasten their bracelets or watchbands quickly without another person?s help. The Bracelet Closure Aid is about 6 in. long and stretches to fit larger wrists. It?s made of elastic and closes with a hook and loop. To fasten a bracelet, the wearer stretches the Bracelet Closure Aid around the wrist, threads a bracelet through the inch-wide loop, and holds the fastener in place, securing the bracelet and enabling it to be snapped closed.
