Fine Jewelry Takes Center Stage at JIC Luncheon

On May 18, 2005, Jewelry Information Center, the nonprofit public-relations arm of the fine jewelry and watch industry, in conjunction with the American Gem Trade Association, Perles de Tahiti, and World Gold Council, hosted the annual luncheon and jewelry preview at Aquavit restaurant in New York.
The event welcomed over 75 consumer and trade magazine editors, newspaper reporters, and stylists. Five models displayed more than 60 pieces of never-before-seen fine jewelry for fall and winter 2005.
The event hosted editors from InStyle, ELLE, Condé Nast Traveler, Lucky, Brides, Glamour, Family Circle, W, Harper's Bazaar, WWD, Bridal Guide, and The New York Sun, among many other magazines and newspapers.
