Layer It On!

From country to rock 'n' roll to hip hop, the idea of "more is more" is transcending musical genres. Celebrities—both male and female—at the American Music Awards and Country Music Awards chose either layers of pendants and chains, interesting mixes of various gems, or piles of over-the-top diamonds and pearls. It seems the bare necks of 2003 and 2004 are finally getting some attention.
