Don't miss out! For the first time, PGI and JCK Las Vegas have teamed up to bring a unique platinum jewelry competition to the JCK Las Vegas Show, Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. The event will celebrate innovative design exclusively to the designers and manufacturers exhibiting at JCK-we're sure you'll want to be a part of it. Guest judges will include bridal, fashion and trade editors, top retailers and celebrity stylists.
Winners in each of the five categories will receive a valuable promotion package courtesy of PGI, valued at more than $20,000. The package includes an official contest trophy, customized posters featuring winning product, a retailer signage package of choice, inclusion in multiple PGI national publicity campaigns, a designer spotlight on PGI's consumer website, inclusion in all press materials, and an official "congratulatory ad" in a top trade publication, professional photography of winning piece and much more.
Designers will be evaluated on their originality, creativity, quality, wearability and innovation. Judging will take place the first two days of JCK with winners being announced and awarded the official Platinum Innovation Challenge - JCK 2010 trophies on Sunday, June 6th based on the following categories:
- Platinum Engagement Rings under $2,500 retail (semi-mount)
- Platinum Wedding Bands under $1,500 retail (men's or women's)
- Platinum Fashion under $2,500 retail (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches, etc)
- Platinum Fashion over $2,500 retail (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches, etc)
- Platinum Color under $2,500 retail (necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc)
