Two Former Retailer CEOs Join Moissanite Company

Charles & Colvard, Ltd. announced Monday the appointments of Randy N. McCullough as its chief executive officer and H. Marvin Beasley to its board of directors.
McCullough's responsibilities will include the development of short- and long-term operating strategies designed to enhance shareholder value by growing top-line revenue and improving net profit and cash flow. Beasley's responsibilities will be to add additional jewelry industry expertise to Charles & Colvard's board of directors.
McCullough, age 56, previously served as chairman of the board for Samuels Jewelers, a privately held retail specialty jewelry store chain with 150 stores located primarily in regional shopping malls.
Beasley, age 66, recently retired as chief executive officer from Helzberg Diamonds, a retail jewelry store chain, where he served for the past five years.

Randy and Marvin are first class. Marvin is a merchant who is very smart, but incredibly open and honest. Randy is the former DCA chairman and a true business first type leader.
I know Marvin from my days a Helzberg. I know of Randy through mutual friends in the industry.
