JCK Las Vegas 2010 Extends Deadline For Design Center

JCK Las Vegas 2010 has extended its deadline for 2010 Design Center applications to Friday, Nov. 6, 2009.
Design Center applications are reviewed by the Design Center Committee, a group of designers, retailers, industry associations and consumer and trade magazines editors.
Applicants will be considered for the "Rising Star" area within the Design Center if they've never exhibited in a national jewelry trade show before. Each year, JCK Las Vegas features eight Rising Star designers.
New for the 2010 event, retail buyers will have a chance to meet the "Rising Stars" on Monday, June 7. During the entire day, jewelry retailers can meet one-on one with each Rising Star in a private setting to discuss their work, inspirations, materials used and how a design turns into a piece of jewelry.
