Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair Attendence Up 5 Percent

The Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair, which took place Sept. 21-27, enjoyed a 5 percent increase in attendance, to 39,146, including 23,248 visitors from overseas, show organizers said in a statement.
The number of attendees from China and India increased, while U.S. attendance was down slightly.
The show featured 3,061 exhibitors from 44 countries, with 21 group and country pavilions.
