Corum Buys Out Corum USA

Watchmaking brand Corum has signed a takeover agreement with immediate effect of Corum USA LLC, exclusive distribution agent of Corum's timepieces in the Northern American and Caribbean markets.

Corum said in a statement that the acquisition will allow "a stronger presence of the brand in the American market." Employees of Corum USA LLC will remain and continue as usual, Corum said.
