GIA Offers Courses in Vicenza, Italy

The Gemological Institute of America invites students to consider courses at GIA's branch in Vicenza, Italy.

GIA Italy has openings in its seven-week Jewelry Design class, scheduled for Oct. 7-Nov. 22, 2002. Students will learn the principles of quality jewelry design by developing the skills needed to create and illustrate designs in full color and fine detail and learn how to design for beauty, problem-free manufacturing, long wear, and comfort.

Vicenza's location near Venice offers easy access to students worldwide. The city is home to several trade exhibitions including the Vicenza Trade Fair.
