EganaGoldpfeil acquires Fine-Jewelry Company

EganaGoldpfeil, Hong Kong, recently announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Abel & Zimmermann GmbH & Co., Pforzheim, Germany. Founded in 1885, Abel & Zimmermann specializes in fine jewelry including gold pieces, necklaces, jeweled chains, bracelets, rings, and earrings, working solely with gold, platinum, gemstones, and diamonds. The company's clients are limited to leading jewelers in Germany, Europe, and the United States. Other brands marketed by the Egana Goldpfeil Group are Dugena, Cerruti, Esprit, Goldpfeil, Junghans, Joop, and Pierre Cardin.
